Who is this course for?
The Russian Lip course caters for aestheticians who want to get an in-depth understanding of the treatment and techniques used to create this statement look.

The Russian Lip treatment involves placing tiny droplets of filler, injected vertically into the lip, compared to lines of filler underneath the border. This technique widens, lifts and opens the lip body without any compromise of projection.

Entry Requirements
An Anatomy & Physiology L3 (pathway) is required with either foundation Botulinum Toxin qualification or foundation dermal filler qualification.

This course consists of a full day  of practical, hands-on experience with myself. You’ll learn the technique and theory behind the treatment including creating the heart shape, sharp cupid’s bow and flat side profile philtrum rebuild.

The skill of drawing blood must be precise. Complications can include nicking an artery when choosing the incorrect vein, incorrect technique resulting in blood withdrawal failure, incorrect microtubules and preservatives being used, spot and air contamination of blood. 

Course Overview

This course consists of up to 8 months to complete, finalising in a mock exam and then final exam with practical hands-on experience with myself. This would then allow you to move forward to carry out Platelet-Rich Plasma.

You’ll learn the technique and theory behind the implementation of the procedure. Please be aware there are many PRP courses available but will render you unqualified and exposed to patient complications and possible civil and criminal proceedings. Ensure you are using accredited credentials, CPD is NOT enough alone.
